Why Filipino businesses still miss BIR deadlines

Nobody tells you which forms are yours

Your COR lists tax types, not forms or dates. Owners learn about 0619-E or 1604-C from a penalty notice.

We read your registration profile and list every return that applies.

The rules keep changing

Quarterly VAT replaced 2550M. EOPT abolished the ₱500 registration fee, changed invoicing and lets you file anywhere. Percentage tax went from 1% back to 3%.

The calendar is regenerated from current rules every day.

Due dates move

A deadline on a Sunday or holiday moves to the next working day. eFPS filers have different days by group.

Every date is adjusted for weekends, holidays and your eFPS group.

Reminders live in someone's head

Bookkeepers juggle dozens of clients in spreadsheets. One sick day means a missed filing.

Automatic emails to the owner and the bookkeeper, with an overdue escalation.

Filing steps are hard to follow

eBIRForms, eFPS, attachments like SAWT, QAP and SLSP, and payment channels confuse first-timers.

Each reminder includes plain-language steps and attachments for that form.

No proof of what was filed

When an RDO letter arrives, nobody can find the reference number.

A filing log with reference numbers, amounts and who marked it filed.

Your forms

    How it works

    1. Copy your COR into a short form. Taxpayer type, VAT or non-VAT, 8% option, employees, withholding, eFPS group.
    2. Get a 12-month calendar. Every return, its period and its real due date. It refreshes automatically when rules or your profile change.
    3. Get reminded with instructions. Emails 14, 7, 3, 1 and 0 days before, plus overdue follow-ups with a penalty estimate.
    4. Mark it filed. Save the eBIRForms or eFPS reference number. Reminders stop and your filing log stays ready for audits.

    Questions

Do you file my returns with the BIR?

Not in this version. We tell you exactly what to file, when and how, and keep your filing log. You file through eBIRForms or eFPS and pay through any authorized channel. Direct filing is on our roadmap.

Is this updated for the Ease of Paying Taxes Act?

Yes. Calendars follow RA 11976 and RR 3-2024 to RR 8-2024: file and pay anywhere, invoice-based VAT for services, no annual registration fee, taxpayer size classes and reduced penalties for micro and small taxpayers.

What if the BIR extends a deadline?

Our team updates the due date for affected taxpayers, and reminders follow the new date automatically.

Can my accountant get the reminders too?

Yes. Add their email to your profile, or have them manage you from the Accounting Firm plan.

    How do I pay?

GCash, Maya, bank transfer or card. Choose monthly or yearly.

Your next deadline is closer than you think.
